Providing discerning real estate developers and builders with a new and alternative approach to traditional building material procurement – lowering costs and simplifying the standard, construction-industry supply chain.

In June 2003, the Abitar Group team set-out to offer new opportunities and possibilities to multi-family residential, and hospitality real estate developments. They had a vision to build a platform and resource by which real estate developers and builders could save money and add values to their projects, and at the same time realize their project’s true aesthetic potential.

They found that most projects were limited in design and aesthetic appeal due to local-market constraints and standard supply-chain conditions. The interior finishes of projects tended to look and “feel” the same — standard retail and wholesale outlets continued to drive prices higher, in-turn giving developers, and their design professionals a very limited selection of products and finishes.

Developers and Designers had the vision; however, they were not able to realize their vision without exceeding their budgets. In the end, they always had to settle for the same products and finishes that everyone else was using.

So we decided to develop and manufacture exclusive, project-brands which feature only the finest environmentally conscious raw materials, finishes, and craftsmanship. Products that meet stringent third-party testing and certification, and have industry leading product warranties. We are the only manufacturer to provide an attic-stock assurance program. Our project-brands provide a platform by which Developers can achieve see their project’s true aesthetic potential come to life – under budget.
